Our aim is to provide you with the best possible care every time you visit us. However, if you are unhappy with the way you have been treated or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our practice, we want to know. It is only through hearing from you that we can help and improve our service.
Lowerbank Dental Practice operates an in-house complaints procedure that adheres to nationally agreed criteria. We aim to respond to verbal complaints within 24 hours and written ones within three working days.

All our clinicians adhere to the rules governing the profession under strict guidance from the General Dental Council.
